Welcome to St Thomas' Trowbridge

and our 'family' which includes Holy Trinity (The Church on the Roundabout), St John's West Ashton and Kingfisher Church (meeting at the Mead School).

We aim to make Jesus Christ the centre of all we do and we value joyful worship, Bible teaching, the reality of God's love which the Holy Spirit brings, and a family atmosphere including all ages, backgrounds and stages of life.

Services

Our weekly Sunday Services are at 10.30am at St Thomas', with groups for children and young people at the same time as the service.  Once a month we have an All Age service (usually 3rd week in month), and Holy Communion is usually on the first week of the month.

You can find our video and livestream services on St Thomas' YouTube channel.   There are more services and worship content on the Church of England website.

We have a Facebook page and two Facebook groups.

If you would like to request prayer for yourself or a relative, or to talk to someone, please contact the Church office.  Do leave a message, clearly stating your phone number, if we are unable to answer there and then.

Safeguarding

St Thomas’ Church takes its responsibilities surrounding the safeguarding of children, young people, and adults who may be at risk very seriously, and works in partnership with the Diocese of Salisbury to ensure that we work in accordance with best practice at all times.
Our Parish Safeguarding Policy can be viewed here.

If you have any Safeguarding questions or concerns you can contact our Parish Safeguarding Officers, Liz Atkins (Adults) or Martyn Whittock (Children and Young People) on 01225 777331 or email office@stthomastrowbridge.org or safeguarding@stthomastrowbridge.org
Alternatively you can contact the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, on 07500 664800 or email safeguarding@salisbury.anglican.org

From the bible:

When he had called together all the people’s chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Messiah was to be born. “In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied, “for this is what the prophet has written: “‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.’”
